Research Associate (Post Graduate)

a) A master’s degree in any discipline with outstanding grades is essential. A degree in economics, labour studies, human resources and management will be preferred. Fieldwork/research and writing experience will be a strong plus for the candidates.
b) Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in informal work, labour migration, workforce relations and human resource management. Applicants will need to have strong quantitative as well as qualitative research skills.
c) They should be capable of gathering, analysing data and writing reports independently. Applicants must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and have the ability to work in a team environment.
